IMPORTANT: No more changes to the Exhibitor registrations. NO swaps or substitutes can be made after 10/11/2020 at 5:00 p.m. PST. All exhibitors wishing to switch out existing exhibitors must register the new participant as a professional registration.

Exhibitor 1/1 Appointment Hours:
• 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Pacific time – Monday 10/19/2020 to Friday 10/23/2020 (For Choice Exhibitors)
• 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Pacific time – Monday 10/19/2020 to Saturday 10/24/2020 (For Premium and Corporate Exhibitors)
Graduate School and Career Expo Hall Booth Hours:
It is recommended (not required) that at least 1 person staff your booth during all listed hours for your level

Booth Packages Include

- Full conference registration
- Individual exhibitors may upgrade to a full conference registration (includes access to full agenda, including Expo Hall) at an additional $150 cost per person

- Exhibitors may purchase up to two (2) additional exhibitor registrations per booth
- Lead retrieval device or app, which can be purchased through our authorized vendor
- Internet/WiFi service
- Full conference registration
What to Know About Exhibitor Registration
- Two expo-only registrations are included in each booth purchase (does not include access to full agenda, i.e. breakout sessions, networking events, and keynote speakers)
- Expo-only registrations get you strict access to the expo hall
- Expo-only registrations can be upgraded to a full conference registration for $150 per
registration. Instructions will be sent after booth purchase. - Additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased at: https://www.2020sacnas.org/registration/
SACNAS Chapter Discount
Academic departments with an active SACNAS chapter will receive a $150 discount on one (1) exhibit booth. Only one (1) discount per academic institution/company. Please contact exhibits@sacnas.org to verify your chapter discount.
Non-Profit Discount
Associations and nonprofits under $1 million organizational budget are eligible for $300 discount upon receipt of 990s. Please contact exhibits@sacnas.org for more information.

Exhibitor Registration Cancellation Policy
- Exhibitor registrations are transferable (swaps allowed).
- Registrations purchased during the Advanced Pricing period will have the option to cancel by September 15 minus the $150 cancellation fee.
