Group Registration
  1. Before you begin, you will need to collect the following information from each person you are registering: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Registration Type (Undergraduate / Postbac / Graduate / Postdoc / Professional)
  2. Begin a “general registration”
  3. Be sure to check the box “I am registering for this person and/or Group Registration”
  4. Enter all required information for each attendee.
  5. On the final page will be the credit card payment. Each attendee will receive an email confirming their registration. (Please be aware that sometimes the confirmation goes to the clutter or junk folder.)
  6. If you will be paying by check, please select “Pay By Check” and the group leader will receive an email which i considered an invoice to submit payment to their finance department.
Cancellation Policy: Regular Attendee (Students, Postdocs, & Professionals)
  • Registrations are non-transferable.
  • Registrations purchased during the Advanced Pricing period will have the option to cancel by September 15 minus a $150 cancellation fee. Contact for assistance.
